The synopsis provided to Wiley was very critical of the oversupply of funds, fuelled by the massive growth, in amongst other things, of superannuation funds. These funds had created the Global Financial Crisis, the simplest examples of which were the bubbles in the real estate market that fuelled the subprime crash and overpriced the stock markets by 30–40%.
