Their security team arrived early in the morning with four black SUVs, one with a dome shielding a portable radar.

An executive jet had been fuelled and was waiting for them.

An armed helicopter swept over them and circled back on what appeared to be a firing run

A streak of light flashed out from the convoy to the helicopter. It was followed by a bright series of
explosions as the helicopter fell from the sky in a ball of flame.
